SUMMARY:2024 Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Your GPS Executive is pleased to invite active members to the 2024 Annual General Meeting. Please join us on Saturday 20 October at the White Butte Ski Shelter\, located at White Butte Ski Trails east of Regina (near Pilot Butte). The AGM will occur at 4 pm\, but we will integrate some social time and activities into the afternoon. The event will be family-friendly\, so please plan to bring your two-legged family members (sorry\, four-legged friends are not permitted in the ski shelter). You will also need to bring your own camping chair! \nAgenda: \n\n2:30 pm: Meet at the White Butte parking lot for an optional informal hike.\n4:00 pm: AGM begins in the shelter. The meeting will include section activity highlights from the past year\, the presentation of a section financial summary\, and a look ahead to next year’s activities.\n5:00 pm: Supper and social. Please RSVP for supper at Mpwild@hotmail.com.\n\nWe hope to see you on the 20th. For directions to White Butte\, enter “White Butte Ski Trails” into Google Maps.
